When you register for the Manor Open, we collect the following information:

• Name — to identify registrants and assign groups.
• Email address — for registration confirmations, payment links, and tournament updates.
• Phone number — for urgent day-of logistics and schedule changes.
• Payment confirmation details — including payment method (Zelle / Venmo) and confirmation status. Card payments via Stripe are planned for the future.

Your information is used solely for tournament logistics:

• Processing registrations and managing attendee rosters.
• Sending communications related to the event (schedules, tee times, payment reminders).
• Coordinating payments and confirming who has paid.

We do not use your data for marketing outside of the tournament, and we do not build advertising profiles.

We do not sell or share your personal data with external third parties for marketing purposes. Information is only shared with the small group of tournament organizers who need it to run the event.

Your data is stored securely in our backend database (Supabase) with access restricted to site administrators. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information.
